Well, the jig is finally up! And it has been confirmed that WILLOW SMITH’S first-ever Chanel ads are finally here!!!!! I have literally been waiting on these to surface and man are they fierce.

The fashion icon in the making was named a CHANEL ambassador in march for those who did not get the memo! This happened when she attended the French house’s fall 2016 fashion show in a sleek gray catsuit as a “Chanel ninja”, and that was her exact description of it not mine guys!

With this new eyewear campaign that CHANEL has going, which was shot by Karl Lagerfeld,  Willow has officially joined the cool club of Chanel girls, which includes Lily Rose Depp, Keira Knightley; and of course, Cara Delevingne. These women were all hand-picked by the KAISER himself to front the brand. This is such a big deal for FASHION as a whole because we all know these amazing human beings are the FUTURE.

Smith, whose edgy style we love, has made Chanel her own in these past several months. Case in point, when she and her brother JADEN SMITH turned heads at the MET GALA a few months back wearing custom Chanel clamdiggers  and a tweed jacket, which was such a perfect reflection of the brand.

I am totally excited to see how the rest of the rollout happens, and even more excited that people of color are being sought after to help some of these brands re-invent themselves.
