Life is like a marathon and as my Uncle Rivers always says, it comes at you fast. No matter who you are; famous or a hermit, rich or poor; one thing that is for sure, is that you cannot circumvent the ups and downs of life. With this reality, comes stress, anxiety and often times a life filled with imbalance and a lack of control if you do not put effort towards managing it.
We cannot escape the craziness of life, but we can better prepare for it. A clear and open mind, aligned Chakras and a healthy relationship between mind, body, heart and spirit are great attributes and goals that we all should pledge strive for. However, in this pursuit, we cannot promise you that the tsunamis and tornadoes in your life will be totally be eradicated, but you can learn to cope and soar energetically through them.
So without further a due, please allow us to present a new element that we are adding to the heART of COOL lifestyle that we call, Cool Essence. Every Sunday, on the corner of Cool Essence, we will cover topics dealing with our mind, body, heart and spirt in order to encourage a cool, calm and collected demeanor no matter where we are and what is going on in our respective worlds.
