While at the gym today running on the treadmill, I was approached by a kind gentleman. He leaned over the treadmill machine that I was running on and gave me a boost of confidence by telling me how great it was to see me day after day hitting the treadmill and keeping a fast pace. He said there was a visible difference in my physical appearance due to my commitment to working out daily. There is a moral to this story that speaks to many of us who find ourselves running feverishly on the never ending treadmills of the busy lives we construct. We are so far but yet so close to achieving internal freedom and victory, if only you believe there is no limit to the goals you can achieve.

Don’t rely on others to ignite your fire! Ignite your own!  Burn Baby Burn!!
