Kristen Noel Crawley, the colorful brainchild of the chic and playful jewelry design company, KDIA, is a one of a kind wonder woman. If Betsy Johnson and Tiffany & Co. had a star child, I am pretty sure Crawley would come crawling out with a blinged out ✌ sign.
A self-taught bonafide brilliant designer; a gorgeous mom and devoted wife, the multifaceted Crawley has not missed a beat in life, trailblazing a lane of her own and crystalizing the inspirations of her international travels, turning them into her own version of fashion alchemy.
While there is no doubt that pop culture is most definitely a muse for Crawley; at the same time, there is a classic and luxurious energy at the core of her jewelry line comprised of diamonds, rubies, saphires and precious medals.
And, boy, does she have a wicked eye and knack for artistically extrapolating the contrasting natures of Tokyo and Paris, two of her favorite destinations and the foundation of her year long conceptualization process for the birth of KDIA.
I think I will name this movement LUXURY POP. And I am loving practically every element of it; from her inaugural collection, E-MOTIONS, which is centered around her curation of her favorite modern day emoticon expressions; to, most recently, her second wavy creative collection entitled, Les Artistes.
